THE BARRETT RANKIN MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP RETURNS FOR YEAR TWO
Do you know a student pursuing agriculture at the University of Saskatchewan this fall?
Applications are now open for the Barrett Rankin Memorial Scholarship, a $5,000 annual award created in memory of Barrett Rankin, a proud Saskatchewan farm kid, University of Saskatchewan graduate and respected ag professional whose career included roles with Flexi-Coil, Bayer and FMC Canada.
Barrett was known for his passion for agriculture, education and helping others succeed. This scholarship continues to honour his legacy by supporting students preparing to shape the future of Canadian agriculture and rural communities.
We’re asking for your help to spread the word to friends, family and community members. If you know a student entering or continuing an agriculture-related program at the University of Saskatchewan this September, encourage them to apply before the deadline.
Eligibility highlights:
Must be a Canadian resident, age 16+
Must demonstrate community involvement
Must be entering or continuing a full-time agriculture-related program at the University of Saskatchewan – College of Agriculture and Bioresources
Must submit a completed application, including a short essay or video response
