The Canadian Council for Aviation and Aerospace (CCAA) created the Foundations Training Program to assist employers with onboarding and upskilling new people to the industry. The Program features a series of short, targeted online courses designed to introduce workers to key aspects of the aviation and aerospace industry. The courses cover a range of topics and are suitable for participants with or without post-secondary education.
