The final leg of the 2025 Careers in Aviation Expo program is set for October 25 at Million Air’s hangar at the Vancouver International Airport in Richmond, B.C., with the goal of connecting aspiring aviators, graduating students and young professionals with leading companies, organizations and schools from the aviation and aerospace sectors.
The one-day event includes dozens of industry leading exhibitors from air operators, aircraft manufactures, maintenance organizations, flight schools and more. In addition to main-stage presentations from industry leaders, the Careers in Aviation Expo also features more than 25 mentoring sessions with small groups focusing on specific careers with professionals.
Mentoring sessions include, but are not limited to:
- Engine mechanic opportunities, mentoring by Lufthansa Technik
- Pilot fixed-wing, majors, mentoring by Porter Airlines and Air Canada
- Pilot fixed-wing, regional or specialty, mentoring by Jazz Aviation and Rise Air
- Flight training, mentoring by Cygnet Aviation
- Airline operations, mentoring by Flair Airlines
- Aerospace engineering, mentoring by Cascade Aerospace
- AME opportunities, mentoring by De Havilland Aircraft of Canada and PAMEA
- Airport operations, mentoring by Vancouver International Airport
