The third and final leg of the 2025 Careers in Aviation Expo program will take place on October 25, 2025, at Million Air’s Vancouver International Airport facility in Richmond, B.C. This standalone aviation event will carry the same format as our primary aviation careers showcase with keynote presentations from industry leaders and more than 25 career specific mentoring sessions focused on topics like AME, Air Traffic Control, pilots, airport operations, drone operations, and more. Following a sold-out show at Porter Airlines’ hangar at Toronto Pearson, the second leg of the Careers in Aviation Expo is set to take place on October 4, 2025, in the BMO Centre at Stampede Park in Calgary, Alberta. The team from Wings and Helicopters is helping to lead this unique event as part of our parent company’s career fair put on in cooperation with firefighting, policing and security media brands. This year we are bringing our regular Breakout Session approach to Career Expo West with mentoring sessions focused on AME, fixed wing and rotary wing pilots, business aviation, regional and major airline operations, airports and the military.

The Canadian Wildfire Conference is expanding again with a new 2-day program set for October 1–2, 2025, at the KF Aerospace Centre for Excellence in Kelowna, B.C. With easy access through Kelowna’s international airport, CYLW, the unique platform features sector-leading suppliers displaying and discussing new technologies and services alongside an educational program designed to unite air and ground personnel.
